Your responsibilities

As a compliance associate, you will be part of the 360 Treasury Systems AG (“360T AG”) Compliance Team, which is responsible for advancing and empowering a compliance aware culture in 360T AG.

You will support the Chief Compliance Officer of 360T AG (“CCO 360T AG”) regarding the followings:

• Creation, review and maintenance of 360T AG’s compliance strategy
• Preparation of compliance manuals, policies, guidelines and procedures
• Documentation of all essential aspects of the activity
• Establishment and regular review a compliance related documentations
• Monitoring of the development of the legal framework and analysis of the impact
• Monitoring of compliance relevant prudential regulations
• Information and training of employees about applicable compliance related laws and regulations
• Development, coordination and maintenance of 360T AG’s outsourcing oversight function according to the applicable outsourcing policy
• Regular reporting to 360T AG’s executive board and supervisory board
• Undertake compliance training and develop professional skills and knowledge with a view to become an expert compliance practitioner, e.g. ACAMs / CISI diploma

Your profile

• Master’s degree in law, business administration or finance
• 2-5 years of experience in the field of compliance or risk management or in management consultancy, auditing, internal audit, supervisory authority of financial services companies / banks
• Profound knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework and its German implementation into local law (MaComp, MaRisk, GWG, AUA, WpHG, MiFID, MiFIR, MAR etc.)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel)
• Strong database skills, including working with advanced data sets, pivot tables, advanced database and statistical functions and methods
• Ability to think and work strategically and analytically
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in German & English (written and oral) is required
