Your responsibilities
As a People & Culture Manager you will accompany our employees through the entire employee lifecycle. In addition, you will provide competent support to our management and team leads in all HR related matters. Through your professional employee support and the realisation of exciting HR projects, you will play a significant role in shaping the corporate culture. Teamwork
Recruiting & Employer Branding
- Owning and managing the end-to-end recruiting process
- Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options, recruiting events and rolling out best practices
- Identifying suitable Employer Branding measurements and driving people initiatives and programs
- Conducting interviews with job applicants, creating a shortlist of suitable candidates and being the sparring partner for team leads
- Evaluating and modifying if necessary current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed.
- Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
- Continuously improving of the existing Recruiting Software (Personio)
- Collaboration with Deutsche Börse in terms of workgroups and best practices
Operations
- Management and continuously improving of global Onboarding / Offboarding process
- Operational personnel management (HRM Personio and SAP Success Factors) and Go-to person for employees, team leads and management
- Preparation of contract documents, certificates etc.
- Interface to compensation & benefits
- Supervise and support the administrative functions of the organization including reception, property and facility management, and provision of furnishing and equipment necessary for effective operations
- Managing health and safety regulations at work
- Contact person for Deutsche Börse in terms of providing reports, employee management in SAP Success Factors
People & Culture
- Generate a great onboarding experience for new employees through the open-minded personality
- Taking care of employee’s needs and make them feel valued
- Significant influence on the corporate culture

- Identifying relevant KPIs and rolling out best practices
- Provide reports to Management and deriving People & Culture related action items

- Continuous improvement of existing processes and establishing best practices
- Identifying wasteful use of resources and implementing automated and tool-based solutions
- Enable and create the design of processes, workflows, and best practices within Personio
- Enable and create the design of processes, workflows, and best practices within HR Analytics (Microsoft Power BI)
Employee Experience
- Creating unique candidate and employee experiences by constant research of state of the art practices
- Pro-active guidance of team leads
