Your Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation (50%)
- Support the monthly payroll process for multiple countries together with our external providers.
- Maintain accurate employee data, changes, and time records in Personio.
- Handle payroll-related questions from employees and managers in a clear, supportive way.
- Support bonus and compensation calculations.
- Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain payroll documentation and prepare information for audits.
People Operations (35%)
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and role changes.
- Prepare HR documents, certificates, and contract adjustments.
- Maintain clean, updated employee data to ensure smooth handovers with IT, TA, Office Management, and Finance.
- Support compliance with health & safety requirements.
- Provide HR information to Deutsche Börse when needed.
- Contribute to a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
People Analytics & Process Improvement (15%)
- Support HR reporting and help maintain dashboards (Excel, Power BI).
- Assist with monthly and yearly HR provisions and Finance-relevant data.
- Identify process pain points and develop ideas to simplify or automate.
- Help improve workflows, documentation, and overall People Ops efficiency.
