Your responsibilities
Executing sales strategies and responsible for account management in the dedicated region. You will be part of the Sales and Account Management Team and directly reporting to Managing Director of 360T AG.
Budget
- Reach budget figures for the covered regions
Sales
- Identification of business opportunities from new and existing clients
- Generate new leads and expand footprint
- Arranging meetings, presentations and follow-ups
- Initiating of contracts, bringing clients live
- Full responsibility for revenue generation and profitability in dedicated sales area
- Support the growth of Institutional Sales Strategy, which includes
- Gathering marketing intelligence / prospect profiling supporting the growth of our business regionally
- Preparation and participation in client presentations
Account Management
- Keeping contact to active clients on a regular basis in dedicated sales areas
- Manage clients in the dedicated sales area; retain and increase existing business
- Initial trouble shooting of non-technical problems
- Fetching client feedback to report to development
- User training (if required locally)
Knowledge Management
- Formal documents to be prepared to a professional standard
- Complex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective terms.
- Presentations to follow “current” market branding requirements and formats.
- Documents to be retained / filed for future reference.
- Knowledge and insights to be proactively shared with colleagues (especially juniors).
- Own knowledge to be updated through continuous professional development.

- Input in 360T’s sales strategy and tactics
