SALES MANAGER - NORDICS (f/m/d)

Your Role
As a Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will be part of the Sales and Account Management Team and directly reporting to the Head of Northern Europe Sales.
Your Responsibilities

  • Identification of sales targets and initial contacts from new and existing clients including banks, corporates, asset managers and hedge funds.
  • Manage clients in the Nordic region; retain and increase existing business.
  • Achieve annual sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Identify business opportunities from new and existing clients.
  • Generate new leads and expand footprint.
  • Organize and/or attend regular networking events with local market professionals.
  • Propose and organize necessary events in coordination with marketing and the Head of Northern Europe.
  • Liaise with local multipliers like OMS/TMS/PMS vendors and consultants.
  • Initial trouble shooting of non-technical problems.
Your Profile
  • Practical experience for a minimum of 3-5 years in global market sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industry.
  • Proven track record in selling technology to the financial community
  • Reliable and capable of creating customer loyalty and performance through a consultative approach and ability to identify client business requirements.
  • Ability to demonstrate account management planning to maintain and develop existing customer business.
  • Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalent.
  • Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellence communication, presentation and execution skills.
  • Service and detail-oriented.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player.
