Your Role
Executing sales strategies and being responsible for account management in the dedicated region.
Your Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Monitor and analyze real time client flows to proactively resolve liquidity or other workflow issues
  • Keeping contact with active clients on a regular basis in dedicated sales areas
  • Manage clients in the dedicated sales area; retain and increase existing business
  • Serve as first point of contact for trouble shooting of non-technical problems
  • Collecting client feedback to report to development
  • User training (if required locally)

Sales

  • Identification of business opportunities from new and existing clients
  • Generating new leads and expand footprint
  • Arranging meetings, presentations and follow-ups
  • Initiating of contracts, bringing clients live
  • Full responsibility for revenue generation and profitability in dedicated sales area
  • Support the growth of Institutional Sales Strategy, which includes 
    • Gathering marketing intelligence / prospect profiling and supporting the growth of our business regionally
    • Preparation and participation in client presentations

Business Development

  • Liaise with industry participants in the corporate, fund manager, bank, retail, and asset management space.  
  • Liaise with local TMS/PMS/OMS/EMS vendors and consultants
  • Liaise with local sales teams of market makers
  • Win market intelligence from local contacts and feed them into the organization
  • Work closely with global sales force to maximize our global customer relationships and cooperate as a member of a team in global sales opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with established portfolio clients and pro-actively work with them to maximize client revenue potential
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio client trading activity and identify areas of opportunity to improve pricing coverage that will lead to increased trading activity
  • Organize and/or attend regular networking events with local market professionals
  • Propose and organize necessary events in coordination with Marketing and Marketing Director
Your Profile
  • Sales / Account Management Skills: Ability to demonstrate account management planning to maintain and develop existing customer business
  • Reliable and capable of consolidating creating customer loyalty and performance through a consultative approach and ability to identify client business requirements.
  • Proven track record in selling treasury and/or trading solutions to the financial community
  • Practical experience in Global Markets sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industry
  • Strong data analytical skills and good problem-solving logic
  • Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalent
  • Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
  • Service and detail-oriented
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player

  • The base salary range for this position is 70,000 - 85,000 USD. The final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location, experience, and qualifications.
