Your Role
Be part of our dynamic Sales Enablement Team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Sales Enablement. As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the performance and adoption of our Salesforce platform, driving seamless integration, high performance, and impactful user experiences.

You will take ownership of configuring, supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving Salesforce while collaborating with functional leads, organizational units, and subject matter experts to develop and deploy innovative business processes. In our fast-moving, growth-oriented environment, accountability and a proactive mindset are essential to delivering outstanding results.
Your Responsibilities
  • Champion Salesforce Operations: Manage users, roles, permissions, and platform security to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Customize and Optimize: Configure Salesforce using tools like Process Builder and validation rules while creating intuitive dashboards, reports, and analytics to meet user and business needs.
  • Master Data Management: Perform imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and cleanup to maintain data integrity, while implementing robust security measures to comply with Data Protection regulations.
  • Support and Troubleshoot: Proactively identify issues, provide technical support to end-users, and implement effective solutions to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Train and Empower: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and materials to enhance user adoption and Salesforce proficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and continuously refine processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Integrate Across Departments: Work closely with other teams to integrate Salesforce as a central information source, ensuring seamless interfaces and optimized workflows across the organization.
  • Oversee Implementations: Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce enhancements and new features.
  • Manage Integrations: Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications, maintaining seamless data flow.
  • Plan for Success: Lead Salesforce release management, including testing and deployment of updates and new features.
  • Document and Share: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, procedures, and presentations to ensure a shared understanding of Salesforce processes and functionalities.
Your Profile
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning Experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
  • Experience with data management, including data import/export, data quality, and Data Security
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
  • Experience with common system integration methods and technologies such as Web services, SOAP, JSON, REST, APIs, XML, SSO, SQL, and SOQL
  • Solid knowledge through Salesforce certifications, such as ADM201, is an advantage 
  • Programming skills in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools are desiderable but not mandatory
  • Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
