Your Responsibilities
You will be part of the Client Advisory Team and directly reporting to Head of Business Client Advisory Service, APAC. As a Business Client Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our valued clients across Asia Pacific region and supporting customers during their lifecycle as a client of 360T. You face a broad variety of tasks in a challenging environment, take over ownership for projects and get the opportunity to grow.
- Provide excellent service for existing and new customers
- Smoothly manage, solve and complete all incoming requests from clients
- Ensure a seamless onboarding for new clients onto our platform
- Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts
- Conduct client platform trainings (interactive and remote)
- Maintain, document, analyse and improve existing workflows and processes
- Oversee various project stages (product development, process implementation, regulatory/compliance, complex client setup)
- Participation in quality assurance by testing our full range of products and various new features on our platform.
- Close interaction and cooperation with internal teams (Sales, Legal, TCAS, etc)
- Integrating with global client advisory services team to ensure that global policies are implemented in the region and that regional experience leads to improve global policies
