Your Role
The Spot and NDF Manager will be responsible for sales and promotion of our Anonymous and Disclosed streaming Spot and NDF business to existing and prospective 360T and 360TGTX clients. You will get the opportunity to work closely with the Sales team by supporting the Sales business in client pitches as well with the Liquidity Management Team in understanding client needs and industry trends and to monitor the existing activity and future client pipeline across the APAC region. This role allows you to be involved with the external client sales as well as internal communication across all time zones.
Your Responsibilities
Product knowledge and demonstration capability
  • Provide product expertise and sales support to the APAC team in positioning the streaming Spot and NDF products
  • Comfort in demonstrating and selling to clients Disclosed / Undisclosed Liquidity benefits, with a particular focus on the Spot and NDF capabilities
Sales and Pipeline monitoring
  • Responsibility for sales and promotion of Spot and NDF to external prospects and increasing wallet share with current clients
  • Provide monthly reporting to Senior Management, highlighting Sales progress, Pipeline issues and highlighting business risks
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with Sales across the region to gather the required information
  • Manage existing client base and Spot revenue stream
  • Identify new commercial and strategic revenue generating opportunities
Business Development / Strategy
  • Liaise with and act as a resource for the local and global Liquidity Sales and Execution Management team
  • Work closely with global sales force to maximize our global customer relationships and cooperate as a member of a team in global sales opportunities, help to develop sales pipeline.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and pro-actively work with them to maximize client revenue potential and sales opportunities
  • Provide input to 360T’s sales / product strategy and tactics

Your Profile
  • Professional with at least 3 years of FX Spot or Electronic Platform exposure
  • Structured and organized approach to Business MIS
  • Confident demonstration skills
  • Reliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirement
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work under time pressure
  • Strategic/creative thinking and analytical
  • Excellent listening, writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
  • Self-starter, prepared to initiate necessary relationships, processes and planning
  • Service and detail-oriented
  • Product launch / implementation experience
  • Confident and motivated team player and individual contributor
  • The ability to lead through influence and impact
