WORKING STUDENT USER DOCUMENTATION FOR FX TRADING PLATFORM (m/f/d)

Your Role

As a Working Student in User Documentation for our FX Trading Platform, you will be part of the Project Management team and report directly to the Head of Project Management, 360T Group. In this role, you will play an integral part in our documentation stream and contribute to the creation and continuous enhancement of user manuals for our FX trading application. In close collaboration with product managers, business specialists, and developers, you will translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, well‑structured, and user‑friendly documentation.

Your Responsibilities

Updating and maintaining user manuals based on existing documentation
Creating new sections from feature descriptions, test results, and SME input
Testing the FX trading application to understand workflows hands-on
Ensuring consistency, clarity, and usability across all documentation
Supporting team members with ad-hoc documentation and knowledge-management tasks

Your Profile

Enrolled student in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Linguistics, or a similar field
Basic business or financial market understanding; interest in FX or trading technology is a plus
Curiosity and enjoyment in testing and exploring software tools
Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple, structured way
Very old command of English; other language is a plus
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a reliable working style
