Your Role

As a Working Student in Sales, you will support the Central Europe Sales team in driving both client retention and new business development across Poland, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Croatia/Slovenia. Working closely with the Head of Central Europe Sales and the team, you will contribute to key commercial initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to the full sales lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor market developments and key events affecting Interbank and Corporate Treasury clients across Poland, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Croatia, and Slovenia.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of regional prospects through research, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and first-contact activities.
  • Coordinate introductory meetings and follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Execute client communication campaigns using 360T's standard Salesforce templates.
  • Support client onboarding by driving test account activation, platform adoption, and user engagement.
  • Organize client and prospect events across the CEE region, primarily targeting interbank clients, with future expansion to corporate clients.

Your Profile

  • You are a based in Frankfurt or the surrounding area currently studying for a degree of business administration, business education or finance
  • Hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
  • You are proficient in at least one Central & Eastern European language (e.g., Polish, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian), with fluent English required
  • You have a strong interest in financial markets, particularly Finance, Trading, FX, and Crypto
  • Ideally you bring a solid understanding of sales processes, including LinkedIn engagement and basic automation tools
  • You feel comfortable with proactive outreach, including cold calling and direct client interaction
  • Demonstrated strong curiosity combined with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
