- Reception Management

- Assist in the management of furnishing and equipment necessary for effective office operations and ensuring accurate tracking and allocation to support operational readiness
- Assist in the management of office and pantry supplies, ensuring availability and organization
- Managing health and safety regulations at work
- Provide communication support to external parties via phone and written correspondence, representing the organization professionally
