We are seeking an enthusiastic Java Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on the development of low-latency, high-performance systems for trading.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance trading systems: Design, develop, and maintain Java applications for trading platforms.
• Optimize performance: Get the most out of the CPU and network lines, ensuring our trading systems are operating with optimal speed and efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with other developers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Build from the ground up: Design and develop custom-tailored software components that meet the specific needs of our trading platform.
• Big data processing: Collect, store, and give meaning to large datasets, ensuring real-time performance and scalability.
• Troubleshooting and debugging: Take apart existing systems, find the bottlenecks, and rebuild them to your specifications.
• Code reviews: Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and improving code quality.
• Continuous improvement: Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and bring innovation to the development process.

Your Profile

• Strong Java experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development, preferably in high-performance, low-latency environments.
• Big Data expertise: Experience in collecting, storing, and processing large datasets.
• Problem solver: A hands-on engineer who enjoys taking things apart, understanding them, and building them back better.
• Collaboration skills: A team player who embraces diversity, inclusion, and thrives in a collaborative workplace.
• Top Qualifications:
• System optimization: A deep understanding of how to optimize CPU, memory, and network performance.
• Experience with trading platforms: (Preferred) Familiarity with financial systems, trading platforms, and low-latency network design.
