Your Role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Business Client Services Manager to strengthen our Business Client Advisory Services team. The team’s mission is to provide an excellent client experience by delivering valuable business support to external and internal stakeholders and thereby contribute to the overall success of the company. 

To achieve our goal we are always focused on identifying improvement opportunities that would ultimately lead to a better client experience. These may be related to more user-friendly client interfaces and tools or automation targets as well as process-and workflow improvements.

We are also acting as a first-point of contact for all client related queries and support the clients throughout their entire 360T lifecycle. The role is therefore conceptualized as a hybrid-role servicing clients and helping them in the day-to-day as well as acting as an automation manager to help the company achieve scalable and sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Improve the overall client experience by utilizing technological solutions
  • Enhance the efficiency of the daily business operations and reduce operational risks
  • Analyse and question existing tools, workflows and processes
  • Identify automation targets and improvement opportunities
  • Write down business requirements and develop roadmaps to deliver identified goals
  • Coordinate and align initiatives with other internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Technical Client Advisory Services, Projects, IT, etc.)
  • Participate in quality assurance testing and rollout of new products and features
  • Provide excellent service to existing and new customers
  • Manage, solve and escalate incoming requests from clients
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients to the system
Your Profile
  • University degree with very good grade point average
  • Some relevant previous working experience (e.g. within Client Services, Automation, Business Analysis, Product development, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good at detecting correlational patterns in information
  • Strong interest in technology, automation and/or artificial intelligence
  • High level of integrity and conscientiousness 
  • Growth mindset & ability to adjust to a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Very good level of verbal and written English. Other languages are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
