Your Role
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Business Client Services Manager to strengthen our Business Client Advisory Services team. The team’s mission is to provide an excellent client experience by delivering valuable business support to external and internal stakeholders and thereby contribute to the overall success of the company.
To achieve our goal we are always focused on identifying improvement opportunities that would ultimately lead to a better client experience. These may be related to more user-friendly client interfaces and tools or automation targets as well as process-and workflow improvements.
We are also acting as a first-point of contact for all client related queries and support the clients throughout their entire 360T lifecycle. The role is therefore conceptualized as a hybrid-role servicing clients and helping them in the day-to-day as well as acting as an automation manager to help the company achieve scalable and sustainable growth.
