Your Role

As a Working Student in People & Operations, you will join our team and report directly with the Head of HR & Corporate Projects at 360T Group. From day one, you will contribute to impactful people-related initiatives, take on exciting challenges, and support process improvements in close collaboration with your team. You will also take ownership of daily office management tasks, ensuring the safety, well-being, and positive work experience of our colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

People

Assist the PeopleTeam in the day-to-day operation tasks
Support with the recruitment process, e.g. Communication with candidates and the hiring departments, Interview scheduling and coordination as well as job posting
Engage in employment contract management
Support the on/off-boarding process
Take over the responsibility for data maintenance as well as data collection and analysis
Support with the organisation and storage of physical and digital employee files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and compliant
Contribute to the development and improvement of current systems and processes
Various other projects according to your personal interest and strengths

Operations

Supervise and support the administrative functions of the organization including reception, property and facility management, safety of work environment and provision of furnishing and equipment necessary for effective operations
Communication support of external parties via phone and writing

Your Profile

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Business Education, Organisational Psychology, Sociology, or related field being business as minor subject or comparable
Hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
Team player
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Feel comfortable with dealing with people from all around the world
Good knowledge of MS-Office e.g. World, Excel and PowerPoint
First experience with Personio and SAP SF is an advantage
Fluent in German and English
