Your responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager you will work with the global sales teams and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives and translate those into effective, actionable inputs for the execution of integrated B2B campaigns and the Sales Enablement Strategy of the company, which is to support the Sales Team on every step of the sales cycle and to ensure we create various touchpoints with the client to deliver our messages.
You define, create and steer Marketing campaigns through all phases with budget responsibility - from the identification and target-group-oriented development, the design creation and preparation of the content, through market segmentation and the selection of suitable communication measures and success measurement.
- Participate in the creation and planning of the global budget and marketing strategy
- Create and implement multichannel sales enablement, product marketing and Social Media (LinkedIn, You Tube) campaigns for the regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
- Manage, implement and monitor all marketing measures (Content Creation, Creative Design, Strategic events and Implementation of Marketing Campaigns
- Strategic Marketing support for sales teams within the frame of the company’s Sales Enablement Strategy
- Design of marketing collaterals for mailings, Social Media posts and brochures
- Creation of company presentations, brochures, general marketing material
- Planning, conducting and evaluate of the annual client survey within Deutsche Börse Group
- Leverage CRM for the implementation of Sales Enablement Strategy
- Support the Head of Marketing with all daily business
